CyberFortress has scheduled an Ahsay, Asigra, FileCloud and Quest (Rapid Recovery) maintenance window that is essential to ensure the optimal performance of our systems. This maintenance window may not affect all customers. Maintenance Details: Tuesday: * Start Time: 11/05/2024 1:00 AM CST * Expected End Time: 11/05/2024 9:00 AM CST Our engineers will be performing maintenance on our Norway HMG9 Data Center server infrastructure. This maintenance window is expected to last approximately 8 hours. During the maintenance window, Ahsay, Asigra, FileCloud and Quest (Rapid Recovery) backups jobs may be unable to run, restores may also be unavailable, and any backup or replication jobs running may be interrupted. Maintenance Details: Monday: * Start Time: 11/04/2024 9:30 PM CST * Expected End Time: 11/05/2024 12:00 AM CST Our engineers will be performing maintenance on our Boyers, PA Data Center server infrastructure. This maintenance window is expected to last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. During the maintenance window, Ahsay, Livevault, US Asigra, and LiveVault Classic will be unable to run backups, restores will also be unavailable, and any backup or replication jobs running will be interrupted.
